Journey to Vattavada
In our first episode, we drove to the last village on the Indo-China border in Himachal.
Now, we head to the southern regions, driving across some of the highest roads south of the Himalayas.
Close to 8 000 feet above sea level on the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border is a road that has been closed since the nineties. Built by the British during WW2 to get men and material to Cochin, and on to a boat home, when the Japanese were advancing; this road is now mostly abandoned.
In Episode 2, we take the Discovery Sport to what some say is Kerala's best kept secret.Episode 2 | Journey to Vattavada | Promo
