Q: Is Land Rover offering test drive services?
A: Your safety is our priority and based on advisory set by the Government of India and respective State Governments, we have temporarily discontinued test drive services. However, we encourage you to send an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or register your interest on https://bit.ly/2Jp111z and we shall contact you as soon as we resume test drive services.
Q: Is Land Rover Roadside Assistance still available?
A: You may reach Land Rover Roadside Assistance on 1800 103 8545. However, due to nationwide closure, please note that our Roadside Assistance Services have been impacted. Thus, you may experience a delay in response, and we will attempt to get back to you at the earliest. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused during these unprecedented times.
Q: Can Land Rover vehicles be serviced?
A: Since our Service Centres across India have been closed, we will not be able to provide service support for your vehicles at the moment. Should you have any urgent queries related to vehicle service, you may contact us at 1800 258 6644.
Additionally, at present while vehicle usage is not recommended, we request Land Rover owners to start their vehicles, and keep in stationary position at least once in a week to keep the battery life healthy and avoid any chance of non-start of vehicles, when required.
Q: Is Land Rover providing a grace period for scheduled services?
A: Customers whose vehicles are due for scheduled vehicle service in the month of March 2020 and April 2020 will be given a grace period extended to 3 200 km or two months, whichever is earlier from the due date of service.*

A: Adhering to the safety measures outlined by the Government of India and respective State Governments, our teams are working remotely and are committed to servicing your queries in the best possible way.
